Shipping Policy – Canada Magnets

Order Processing and Lead Times
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on the destination.

Shipping Method
Canada Magnets offers standard shipping with an estimated delivery time of 3 to 7 business days.

These timeframes are provided as estimates and may be subject to delays beyond our control (e.g. weather conditions, peak periods, strikes).

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination. All orders are subject to shipping fees without exception.

Order Tracking
A tracking number will be provided for all orders shipped with tracked mail. Customers can monitor the status of their delivery via the link included in their shipping confirmation email.
Please note that local deliveries do not include a tracking number.

Shipping Addresses
Please ensure the address provided is accurate and complete. Canada Magnets cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.

Delivery Issues
If you do not receive your order within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@canadamagnets.ca with your order number. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

In case of a lost or damaged package during shipping, please notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier.

Return and Exchange Policy
Customized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of manufacturing error or defect. For any return or exchange request, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
